• Everything about this hotel is perfect and positive.
• Couldn't find a negative.

“Went for a romantic weekend, the location was perfect, the entire staff was outstanding and the quality of the rooms were 5 star. Enjoyed a duet harmony spa treatment which was absolutely wonderful. Beautiful boutique hotel and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Vancouver.”

• Fantastically romantic.
• No easy way to use ATM card; room baggage help during check-out a little slow.

“I loved the room, the friendliness of the staff and the fantastic food in the restaurant. My husband thought the restaurant was a little pricey and didn't like the fact that there was no shuttle to the airport. Those things didn't bother me. I loved it!”

• Service-excellent service, also individualized rooms.
• Did not like mattress and did not like size of bed-double.

“Small, boutique hotel in excellent location in downtown Vancouver. Each room had balcony, room was comfortable, individually decorated, nice sheets and pillows, nice size, beautiful dining room and piano bar, excellent service. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had breakfast for an early flight though room service was limited at that time of day.”

• Excellent food, comfortable and clean hotel with good ambiance in hotel rooms.
• View weren't great.

“Good ambiance clean rooms and very friendly staff made a good stay here. The hotel does not have any display signs and is not easy to spot, has only valet parking which is a bit pricey at 19Its in downtown and so close to everything, but since its in downtown, there are some seedy bylines even though not in the near vicinity. Overall good stay .would recommend.”

• The room was beautiful, the staff was great, and great view from balcony.
• Everything was great.

“The wedge wood was fantastic. I found the room to be exceptionally clean, the full size bar in my room was definite plus, and the turn down service included fresh cookies and a TV guide layer on a tray at bedside. The staff was knowledgeable about the area, and quick to give recommendations on eateries and directions this hotel was truly a European class hotel. This hotel is not for families with kids, which I enjoyed. (far too many places lose quality of service and decor catering to families) I recommend this hotel for leisure or a romantic getaway.”
