• Location.
• Reservation was for 3 but price quote was for 2 and had to pay 30euros per night for 3rd person.

“Reservation quote should have identified that the quote was for 2 people. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known how much the room was actually going to cost. Much nicer hotels were available for about the same cost for 3. Also the hotel still has my debit card held up for the full amount of the room even though the payment has already gone through.”
