I had no problem with any services with the hotel.
The bed was two twin beds pushed together. Not romantic, but a good laugh.

“I stayed here over winter vacation and had an excellent time. The staff was wonderful at helping me out in English although it really wasn't needed. It is located in Ikebukuro less than 5 minutes walk from the West Exit of the train station. There is no wonderful view, but the location is worth it. ”
