• The view was priceless, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
• The room was small for Americans. But it was an average sized room for Japan.

“The hotel was very nice. The staff couldn't be better, and the view, from any room, was great. The hotel offered so much, from a giant aquarium to a movie theatre. The only down side was the smaller sized rooms, and the restaurants were so expensive.”

“This location is great for convenience of transportation through trains and also very close to numerous restaurants. Nearby 24 hour convenience store. Room was clean and nice with very helpful staff for our stay.”

• It was very crowded.

“Great hotel, great location. Beds are very Asian, i.e.. hard, but after 2 years in Asia I am getting used to that. Some of the prices of the amenities, like the pool, were priced wrong in the welcome packet in the room so you have to double check everything if you are on a budget.”

• Rooms are small not enough shelf space.

“Hotel situated in a convenient location, good for business traveler. There is a cost associated with use of hotel swimming pool. Hotel surrounded by stores and shops and therefore, initially hard to locate. Underneath the hotel is cinemas and small aquarium and sea world type entertainment for children including dolphin and sea lion shows.”

• Good location near train station.
• Hotel doesn't offer any connecting rooms.

“I had 3 children with me and this hotel worked out for all our needs. The hotel offers all kinds of activities for kids; there was an aquatic show that we didn't even have time to check out. Had a great stay and the proximity to the train/transportation made a huge difference as it was daily lifeline to explore the city.”

• Good hotel for Westerners, with many restaurant choices.

“Great location - easy access to a central train station, lots of variety of restaurants including Western ones. Room had a great view of the Tokyo tower.”

• The carpets throughout were sorely in need of replacement.

• I loved the area it was in, and that it had an aquarium, IMAX theatre, lots of restaurants, stores, etc. I would definitely stay there again.
• Nothing at all. I loved it all.

“It is in a great location, with the JR and subway lines right across the street, with food/restaurants everywhere. Inside the hotel, there are lots of things to do like the aquarium, bowling, IMAX theatre, etc. It's a great place to stay.”

• Clean, courteous staff, close to rail lines.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“Very good hotel. Staff was well trained. This is a well known hotel in Tokyo so if you are meeting people they will know where you are. Clean rooms.”

• Not as centrally located as it could be.

“This hotel have a great location, near to the train station and a lot of things to do in the area, also they have really close a travel agency so you can take tours all around Japan.”

• I enjoyed the new things that my girlfriend got to experience.
• The jumble with the reservations was unpleasant. Apparent mix up between you guys and the hotel.

“The hotel has a great location staff is friendly but they do not show pictures of room not renewed in internet and when you arrived to your room it is another room what you see on internet.”

• We loved the view of Tokyo tower.
• That was expensive more than you give me.

“I ordered Tokyo tower view side. Then they give me higher floor. That was good but price is high too. I should check before I stayed the room.”

• That it has any restaurants near it and also the JR station.
• The fact that some people in the front desk dont talk very good English.

“It's a good hotel, nothing fancy but with everything you need to get some sleep after visiting all day Tokyo.”
