• Excellent pool and private beach.
• No in room internet in the bungalows.

• The new section of the resort is very modern and nice.
• The old section of the resort is one star at best. The lobby staff is inefficient.

“I booked a room with two queen beds. When I arrived I asked if there were any rooms available in the new section. Lobby personnel said no the only rooms available were in the old section. The old section rooms are in bungalow houses subdivided into rooms and are not very appealing. I checked into my room in the old section and found two double beds. I returned to the lobby to explain the situation. The hotel manager reluctantly gave me a room in the new section with a choice of two queens or one king. Obviously the hotel staff lied to me about the availability of rooms in the new section. Had I not gotten a room in the new section my experience would have been quite negative. I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 pm and finally checked into my room at 5:00 pm.”
