• Very nice, large rooms.
• Staff attitude toward Priceline customers.

“Nicely located in Marina District, although the hotel is a bit difficult to get to compared to the surrounding hotels. Great deal on Priceline. Had to try 3 rooms before I found a non-smoking room that didn't reek of smoke. Staff seemed to have an attitude toward Priceline customers, and was reluctant to let me change rooms, even though the staff member helping me agreed that the first two rooms were really stinky. I would stay here again for a really good deal, but otherwise will go back to Mandarin Oriental.”

• Beautiful, luxurious, clean room.
• The staff forgot newspaper.

• Beautiful room, luxurious amenities, very spacious.
• Staff kept pestering me to know when I was leaving, even though I kept telling them: 12 noon.

“Very nice hotel, I¿d be pleased to stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was lovely; it's nice to have a separate shower. Toiletries very high quality. Excellent restaurants just outside the hotel (uberburger, devil fusion).”

• Attentive staff, excellent room.

“Impeccable service end to end, from porter upon arrival, thru check in, checkout, to bellman loading our taxi upon departure. Room was changed with apologies after a faulty door. Location close to mtr. Turndown service was nice touch. Couldn't ask for better room amenities.”

• We have stayed at the Conrad in the past and have always enjoyed the stay there. The staff
  is attentive to our needs and even welcomed us back.

• Location- away from transport, entertainment and shopping.

• Just gorgeous and elegant. They made us feel very special and room was divine!
• Price of the buffet breakfast

• Excellent service- anticipated needs.
• The towels were a little thin & scratchy. The duvet cover on the King bed could have been a larger.

“Lovely hotel with 5 star amenities with the exception of the towels which could have been softer. Service is excellent, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to please guests. Anticipated needs of guests. Would highly recommend to any visitor of Singapore.”

• The concierge was very helpful in making our plans to see Singapore.
• It is a efficient business hotel conveniently located near the convention center.

“Friendly service. Available when you need them. Did get a smoking room when I did not want one. This was the only downside since I was traveling with my 8 year old son.”

• Very Clean and well run.
• Location is a little out from downtown.

“Excellent Hotel. It is very easy to get to and from airport as well as downtown financial district. 24 hour restaurant makes it an excellent choice.”

• The location was perfect, and the hotel was beautiful.

“This hotel is in a great location, and the staff was amazing. Our bedroom was very large and the bathroom was beautiful. All of Singapore is exceptionally clean, and this hotel is no exception. I recommend The Conrad.”
