• It's conveniently located.

“My case is really peculiar, since I live in San Paulo and only stayed in a hotel due to some minor updating at home. As for my stay, I was expecting more from a 4-star hotel (since this is the Blue Tree's rating). Mattresses were not very comfortable and the range of cable channels was really meager. As far as I could perceive, there wasn't too may guests, so there was a feeling of emptiness (we were given the last room in a very dark corridor - grant it the lights went on as we walked towards the room, but it was a bit eerie nevertheless). Both the swimming pool and gym were closed due to an on-going upgrade. Breakfast was served in the same place where we had dinner the previous night. Both were OK, nothing very special, but not disappointing though. Oh, yes. After breakfast I wanted to smoke a cigar without disturbing my fellow guests, so I was looking for an open area. The only place I found (an inner court) was partially occupied by the gym equipment(!!) and a crew that was working in that space, dismantling something. I asked at front desk whether I could get an ashtray and a chair and place it somewhere out of the way in that open space (it was quite big, so there was plenty of room there), so that I could enjoy my cigar. The first time I asked, I got a no for an answer. Then, a couple of minutes later, I asked somebody else if I could get a chair and an ashtray to sit at the outside court of the hotel (it's a big empty court), then this young gentleman told me I could smoke my cigar at the inner court (the place I mentioned before)! Go figure! I guess this hotel should be rated at three stars tops.”

• Near shopping center safety place and clean.
• Swimming pool not big and enough fitness center not good enough.
