• The pool was nice, the bed was large, the staff were helpful, it had a tub.
• The food at the restaurant was terrible.

“The hotel was very nice. It was located a long way from Rome, however the shuttle bus was available. I would recommend more shuttle bus times. If the shuttle bus filled up, then you were out of luck. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was terrible. Overall a nice hotel and I would go back.”

• Clean and modern + free shuttle.
• Location was not great.

“This hotel was very nice. Although it showed some signs of wear and we had a few problems with our room (AC, sink) all were corrected within minutes of informing staff. The shuttle bus is an excellent, necessary service because the hotel is distant from the city core. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were very happy with this hotel. Although this is likely a European 4 star, likely only a 3 in North America.”

• I loved the large comfortable room after a long day of sight seeing it was good to come back and relax.
• The desk clerk when we checked in was not very friendly and it put was off on my experience in Rome. I had to put it out of my mind and enjoy my stay.

“I really enjoyed everything about our stay here except for the desk clerk that checked us in. We had a problem and instead of reassuring us that it could be resolved we felt that we needed to resolve the problem when we were hundreds of miles from home and my computer and email. The manager finally reassured us that it would be no problem.”
