• All of the staff was highly helpful and friendly. Go out of their way to help!
• Nothing.

“I stayed at the hotel while vacationing with a friend. We had a small room with two twins, but it was beautifully appointed, newly remodeled, and had everything we needed. I was most impressed with the staff. They were not only courteous, but very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to give directions, etc. Moreover, all of the clerks spoke English. When I wanted to practice my Italian, they were very accommodating with that as well. The breakfast was quite adequate such that we were rarely hungry for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel, given the value for we got for our dollar there. I would stay again in a heartbeat.”

• Air condition in rooms did not work.

“We changed rooms three times before having a room with a properly functional air conditioner.”

• Great location - staff was very helpful.

“I am still awaiting the resolution of the double charge for the room. If it weren't for this goof up, I would rate the overall experience as excellent but it will not get those remarks until one of the charges is refunded.”

• Friendly, accommodating, clean, centrally located, willing to assist.
• Elevator was small and we had to take luggage one at a time in the elevator.

“Liked the hotel for its location, friendly people and the room was very nice and for Rome was big. All the modern amenities (except Internet and a bigger elevator). They had hard wood floors, modern bathroom with hair dryer. It is on a major highway, so I would make sure if you stay there to ask for an interior room, this affords restful nights, but the windows may be sound proof, we had an interior room, so we couldn't say if the outside rooms facing the major street will be a quiet. They offer a continental breakfast with cereal, cakes, rolls, cheese, donuts, fruit cocktail, yogurt, juices and coffee, they even offer espresso. Across the street from the tourist information booth and also the bus routes and Termini train station is within walking distance. there are also Internet cafes very close to the hotel. Overall all a 9.”

• The location was great, within walking distance of every place we wanted to go.
• At times the noise from the hall and nearby rooms was a problem.

“Except for the noise we heard at times this was a good value at a great location.”

• Very nice breakfast, good location.
• Towels and sheets not at all nice, phone system confusing.

“Although the staff was friendly and did speak English, it was not at all close to the Trevi Fountain but was closer to the Stazione Termini area, which I would not have chosen. The breakfast was quite nice for an Italian hotel, though.”

• Clean, convenient location, helpful staff.
• Minibar was warm not on.

“Very convenient location in safe neighborhood. Room was small but very nice. Minibar was not cold.”

• We enjoyed the lovely cafe - coffee & breakfast every morning - all complementary.

“Womderful staff & location were perfect. The room was nice size & bath was surprisingly roomy too. We would highly recommend this hotel.”
