• Great view from our room's window.
• On the way to our room we were interrupted by someone trying to up sell us on an Accor vacation special.

“Located a short drive or bus ride from the heart of Queenstown, the Mercure is a nice, well kept hotel perched on the hill above Lake Waitopu. Some of the rooms have beautiful lake and mountain views, and the resort is equipped with a small but serviceable workout room with the same, stunning view. I would not rate it at a full four stars, probably more as 3.5 stars.”

• Very clean, fantastic view, great guest laundry with FREE detergent, rooms were clean, pleasant, and updated, the staff were very customer-oriented.
• Nothing - we really liked this hotel.

“This was a really nice hotel - we were very pleased with all aspects of this facility - we had a lake view room, and the view did not disappoint. We especially appreciated the guest laundry and the free detergent provided - most hotels nickel and dime you to death for these little extras, but this hotel did not. I'd stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“Great views but a little off the main drag but shuttle bus was available. The staff was disinterested and did not provide information unless directly questioned.”
