• I loved the charm of the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly.
• One negative, the concierge was not always as accommodating as we would have liked.

“This is a truly charming hotel in a perfect location in Paris. We had a duplex suite, with 2 bathrooms, which was perfect for my husband, me and our two daughters. The food is very good, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is in the middle of some of the best shopping, within walking distance of the champs else, the louver, Notre dame and most of the top attractions of the city. The concierge was helpful, though was not as good as others we have had the opportunity to visit, perhaps because he was very much in demand. However we did not always get the best advice from him. Otherwise, the overall rating for the hotel would be 10.”

• Great location with fine restaurants within, nice bar.
• The room was small with little space for clothing.

“The hotel is being renovated in a art deco theme and it loses its quaintness. Our room gave an impression of being in downtown New York rather than historic Paris.”
