• Location!
• The cost of making a toll free phone call was astronomical.

“Great location off the Champs, Metro stops were very close, dining options were in abundance, is surrounded by upscale shopping stores, and fairly close to some historical monuments.”

• Very efficient, friendly bi lingual staff. Elegant rooms.
• Overpriced breakfast.

“This hotel is very well located for visiting the sights of Paris. The staff communicates easily in English & was very helpful in getting us around the city. The rooms are modern, plush & very clean and updated. Well worth the price.”

• The staff was very accommodating and it was very clean.
• The location was too busy; too much construction and even the nice rooms were very small.

“The Warwick champs Ely sees was better than serviceable, but I would not plan a return engagement. I did not like the neighborhood. It was more like times square than Paris. And the rooms were tiny. Also, the amenities were not clearly available. I could not find the room service menu and I have no idea what else the hotel had to offer. The night concierge was particularly helpful and pleasant; the daytime concierge was merely helpful.”

• Super location with friendly staff.
• Ac great in common areas, poor in 2 rooms.

“Wonderful location and beautiful interiors, tastefully decorated. Staff was excellent! Our first room had poor air conditioning, so they offered to move us to new room (upgrade to suite). It was a wonderful room, but the ac still didn't work well. When I pointed this out to management, they offered a free upgrade for my next visit with them. Very responsive, nice hotel and I would stay there again.”
