• Fine combination of price, location and service.
• None, considering price.

“This is a pleasant recently remodeled nice hotel. It is just a couple blocks from the beach, town center, restaurants and out door cafes. The entrance garden is an enjoyable place to relax of an evening after the traffic has subsided. The staff is most helpful.”

• Very quaint, great staff, nice courtyard
• older rooms, no parking

“This was a great hotel to stay at. The staff was very friendly and courteous, great location (2 blocks from the beach), and a great bar, restaurant, and courtyard. The only downpoints would be the lack of parking and the hotel is a little bit older.However, I would highly recommend this hotel if you would like to stay in a 3* in Nice.”
