• Friendly staff and clean room.
• The location. When the description stated "metro center", it leads one to think that this hotel is near public transportation. Not true!

“The hotel itself was fine but it was difficult to get to the nearest bus stop, especially with luggage. When busses weren't available, cabs from central Newcastle to this hotel were very expensive, almost $30 at night as rates go up at night.”
