• Quiet. Great breakfast.
• No tea/coffee making facility in room. Expensive.

“It is expensive. The breakfast was magnificent and included in the price. There was no ability to make a cup of tea or coffee in your room which was a real negative. if you wanted a drink you had to go downstairs to the reception and get one - it was then charged extra on to your bill which given the very high prices, was unacceptable. On three occasions we were in the room resting later in the afternoon and a staff member entered our room without knocking (and promptly left once he saw we were there). The room had already been serviced so it made me a bit uneasy. The rooms can only be entered with a card. I am sure there would have been better value for money accommodation around - would not stay there again.”

• The hotel had a great theme decore and was very centrally located on a quiet street.

“This hotel was more than we had expected. The room was a good size and extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly and although we arrived early, they checked us in immediately.”

• Excellent location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff.

“Beautiful wooden decoration, very clean hotel, good breakfast buffet along with the helpful and friendly staff makes this an excellent choice if you should come to Munich. Wireless connection available in every room. I really enjoyed my stay at the kings first.”
