• Location and--since Russia has little affordable hotels--value.
• Unfriendly staff, no information, few services for tourists.

“Moscow hotels, for the middle-class, are difficult to find. This one is definitely overpriced with a stand-offish staff and little interest in helping tourists. Still, it was in a good location and the best we could do in the area of affordability. I wouldn't return if I could afford somewhere else.”
