Research User Reviews for Hotel Ukraina (1-2 of 2)

Talisker from NYC, NY
“If you are a westerner and want to feel the fading glory of Stalinist age, go to hotel Ukraine. Atrocious service, very relative cleanliness and rotting carpets in the corridors are a downside, but the architecture, the feel of the room (almost like a ghost : ) and the location are absolutely fantastic. I go for business to Moscow 4 times a year, and stay in different places, but Ukraine is definitely an experience. Magnificent. Anyway, scheduled for remodeling into one of faceless Marriott's or Radissons in 2006, so don't miss your chance.” 4 of 4 people found this review helpful.Jun 2, 2005 by
