• Extremely clean.
• Price and hard beds.

“If planning on using taxis as your main mode of transport, be prepared for a huge additional cost. $20 - 35 euros each way to centre of Milan. However, if you are willing to brave the tram and metro, (which is very simple once you get your bearings) there is a very convenient stop directly outside the hotel. This hotel is spotlessly clean ' everywhere! I mean everywhere and everything. Crisp clean bed linens, room, bathroom, corridors, lifts, this is a major plus, and all credit to the team of people who work hard to keep it that way. Warning - beds are rock hard. Felt like I¿d slept on the floor. Large buffet style continental breakfast was excellent, and the staff running it absolutely lovely, very welcoming and attentive. We were immediately offered freshly made cappuccinos/ lattes, which we enjoyed immensely. I would have expected at least 3 or 4 star equivalent in the use, but I would rate this hotel as a 2, due to the rooms being on the basic/ dated side. It was like an extended stay type room. Bottom line - had I been staying at this hotel for more than a few nights, I would have moved.”

• The Hotel Raffaello and its staff were top quality, also the rooms
• The Hotel was a little to far from the san siro stadium for some of our group.

“We booked this Hotel because it was close to the San Siro Stadium, according to the website, but dissapointed that the Hotel was 3kms from the Stadium, as the route to the Stadium was not easy to follow on the local maps.”
