• The helpfulness of the owner and his staff, very attentive and professional.
• Nothing.

“Go there, you will absolutely not be disappointed in any way, from location, to rooms, to food, to the excellent staff, who absolutely could not do enough for you, noting was too much. A superb driver took us to the Atlas Mountains and Ourika valley. Fabulous! It's people are truly welcoming and the Riad Kniza is heaven on earth!”

“I absolutely loved the Riad Kniza. It was welcoming and friendly, the service was perfect, discreet yet very helpful. The food was great, loved the mid-afternoon snacks. A very elegant, quiet and beautiful hotel.”
