The free internet service was outstanding.
Really, it was my best experience in South America lodging.

“The staff was excellent, bilingual and highly professional. All of our questions were answered without hesitation. The hotel was polished and grand. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant served very good food, the only negative note was that the menu was limited. This was a mini "vacation" in itself, I'm so glad I decided to make the upgrade.”
