• I did not like this hotel at all - they are very irresponsible.
• They did not even have my name in their computer, and I was left stranded at the airport for many hours in Johannesburg, South Africa.

“I never got to stay at this hotel even though I booked my room over a month in advance and had the printed receipt. I called to confirm my room on August 15 from the airport. They said I was even booked, and they had no room for me. I was stranded at the airport in Johannesburg, South Africa for many hours.”
