• Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Safety locker was "not" faced outside the closet; we had to go inside the closet to use the safety locker.

“This hotel is a great place to enjoy the impeccable view of the Bosporus. It is great and you can enjoy the deluxe service by the friendliest and most helpful hotel service. The only problem was the room's temperature control system. We could not set the temperature of the room, it was either chilly or warm and we constantly messed with the heater. Oh, also the pillows were huge and uncomfortable, we talked to the room service and they changed them. Overall, I can say that this is going to be the hotel that I will chose for my next visit to Istanbul.”
