Attentive staff was outstanding.
Shared pool advertisement is far fetched.

“At first, room seemed very average and perhaps in need of renovation/upgrade, but service was spot on. Location was extremely convenient. Staff seemed genuinely interested in making my stay as good as possible. Uncommon! While shared pool with sister hotel is touted, this is somewhat absurd due to distance and pathway. One would need to walk at least 5 - 10 minutes through a high-end shopping mall to get to even get to the sister hotel. Upgrade to the Continental Club (concierge/business level) is uncharacteristically worthwhile.”

No swimming pool.
