• A very good harbor view.
• The registration desk is not very professional, the first thing that she told me is can I downgrade your paid room but will give you a breakfast.

“The hotel is not very central located, the staff were not very professional, including the registration, to the food servers. Overall not a very happy experience.”

• The lobby and rooftop pool are gorgeous. The hotel is located very close to the ferry to Central making getting to the action very easy!
• The hotel is a bit out of the way from the main area of Kowloon.

“I enjoyed my stay very much at this hotel. The staff was very courteous and the location was very convenient (next to the ferry to Central) making it very easy to get to Hong Kong Island. The room was large, quiet and very comfortable. I was impressed with the level of service and would recommend this hotel to others.”

• Location was good for harbor views and restaurants.
• Concierge service was not the best.

“Hotel is great for relaxing and seeing more of an authentic side of Kowloon, as opposed to non-stop glitz of more touristy areas. The free hotel shuttle will take you to Nathan Road in about 15 minutes to experience higher end shopping, Prada, Bulgari, etc.”

• Airport Express shuttle drops you off at the door. Nice rooftop pool.
• Should not be a luxury or five star hotel. It does not come anywhere close to The Ritz, Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, etc.

“The employees were friendly and the hotel was clean. The rooms were actually quite large for Hong Kong.”

• Fine hotel, beautiful view.
• Hard to get around by public transportation.
