• Lobby area and restaurant where nicely done.
• Carpet in the room looked quite dirty.

“The hotel is fine for a one nighter. I didn't get one of the refurbished rooms as promised. That might have changed my opinion significantly.”

• Affordable pricing.
• Intermittent hot water in shower, no coin op washer & dryer, swimming pool heater down.

“Adequate is the best word I can think of. It's a classic case of "you get what you paid for". Because there is no washer and dryer in the hotel, I can't see staying for more than a week. That is a major weakness. There were also ants on the bathroom floor but I wasn't too bothered by it. The housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning the room everyday and the food wasn't bad.”

• The staff and location were great, close to MTR.
• They closed the pool at 9 pm could have been open a little longer.

“For the price this is a great hotel. Located only four stops (15 minutes) on the MTR from central station. We liked being out of the real tourist area (Nathan road) and in more of a local neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants and markets within blocks of the hotel; the MTR is less than 2 blocks away; and Victoria park is a 15 minute walk. We would return to this hotel any time.”

• It was in a reasonable location.
• The hotel charged me extra money for the stay.

“The facility was good. However, I anticipated a specific price (as was quoted) and the hotel added all kinds of extra charges to the bill and the final amount was no way close to the guaranteed amount when the hotel was booked. This is a gross misrepresentation of the facts. I will not use this service again.”

• The location is very close to the MTR station and other public transportation, nice hotel.
• Nothing.
