The staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs.
They allowed smoking in the lobby which was completely disgusting.

“Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. My only complaints were that the windows needed to be cleaned on the outside, I had a lovely view form the 16th floor but the windows were a bit dirty. Also, they allowed smoking in the lobby which was really gross.”
