• The decor of the room.
• Expensive phone and internet access.

“The hotel looked very nice. Internet access was very expensive when in other establishments in Helsinki (coffee shops, etc) free wireless internet was prevalent and free. The internet and phone charges were a way to gouge the hotel guest. The hotel was expensive enough to have included these things (wireless internet and local phone calls).”

“The hotel is elegant, but very family friendly. A terrific place made all the more so by such outstanding staff. The service, room, and food were all superb.”
