• Friendly staff fairly cleans accommodations, enjoyable stay.
• Rooms could have been a little cleaner (but overall were alright).

“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although, the room I stayed in could have been a little cleaner? Compared to some places I've stayed, it wasn't too bad but I think one of the biggest priorities in this business should be cleanliness. But all in all it was decent.”

• One elevator, quite slow.

• I thought the pool/hot tub area was great. Not the usual mugginess.
• Scrambled eggs made from water.

“We had a very enjoyable stay, the room was quiet, convenient to the west Ed, temperature of room was great and the breakfast in the morning was very good overall.”

• Staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Not the hotel but the cab service at the hotel.

“The rooms were bright and clean and every person we had any kind of dealings with or questions of ,were so very helpful and friendly.”

• I really liked free good breakfast at hotel that is wonderful.
• I do not like it when the poor people (beggars) asked for money outside.

• Very close to West Edmonton Mall.
• Another guest mentioned that the pool was puked in that day while we were in the pool.

• I like the location and it was clean.
• The front desk staff, with the exception of one gentleman was quite rude and not at all helpful.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the front desk staff. The continental breakfast was also much less than I expected in comparison to other hotels.”
