“The hotel was an average price, comfortable beds with new linens and towels was very nice. The pool was over chlorinated and actually bleached my swim suit, but it was over all a nice place to stay with a convenient location.” Feb 5, 2008 by

“Good location in downtown Edmonton in safe area. Close to shopping and good restaurants. Nice pool and gym.” Aug 15, 2007 by

“Our stay was pleasant except for the thin walls-shouting in the room next to us at 2 am. The yelling in the hall at 6 am to great ready and go. We had gone there on our last visit and the rooms, staff, etc were the reason I booked there again.” Jun 2, 2006 by
Asad from Cortlandt Manor, NY
“Excellent location, right next to the Red Arrow bus depot in Edmonton. 1 block from Edmonton's LRT system and several bus routes. Downtown area and City Center mall / theaters, legislature walking distance as well, quick LRT ride (<5 minutes) to University of Alberta campus. Great amenities and in-room services.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 16, 2006 by

“This was an unexpected pleasure. The location is very central and well serviced by the airport shuttle. The rooms have been redone in an excellent modern style and the bathrooms have been particularly well refitted. Large TV, nice balcony, good bed, player with radio and high speed internet. The included quick self serve breakfast downstairs is perfectly adequate. There were problems with the heat control in the room they acknowledged it, but this won't be an issue in summer and the 2 elevators were slow, worse considering that a couple of High school teams were staying at the hotel and tied up the elevators continuously. The staff was responsive and courteous. Outdoor parking was available, but sometimes full. All in all, I would strongly recommend this hotel.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 6, 2005 by

“This hotel has been newly renovated so the furniture, bedding, towels, etc. are all new and in good shape. That said, the room did smell a bit of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The hotel staff was friendly, except that they were confused by the online booking and tried to charge me twice for the room until they checked with their accounting department. The location was very convenient and the hotel met and exceeded my expectations for a 2 1/2 star hotel. The included breakfast was decent and we took advantage of it both days. I would stay there again.” 3 of 3 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
