I liked everything.
Lifts broke down momentarily.

“We had a great stay - room was great and clean and quiet - not a bad effort given it is right next to the castle. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was excellent - would recommend to anyone and will stay there when we go back for next years festival.”

“The concierge went out of his way to take care of us. He covered every whim. He made our stay excellent. Would recommend the Apex because of him!”
