• Convenience of location to airport terminal. Design of room. Excellent mattress--most comfortable we had on one-month trip.
• Perhaps a continental breakfast could be included.

“Excellent stay. Very nice staff, efficient, check in on time.
Room design was very nice--efficient, well placed, everything in very good working order. Super mattress for comfort. Quiet--despite being so close to terminal we did not hear any planes.”

• Suprisingly spacious. Very clean. Comfortable

• It was clean
• The room was cold and there was no champagne or vegetarian meals.

“It was cool cuz we were goin to watch blink but the barman sucked and the waiters were snobby. if you stay here wear a suit or you get looked down on.”

• Very handy for airport and NEC. Relaxing atmosphere.

“Enjoyed stay in comfortable room with adequate facilties. Ate in your Brasserie at night and thoroughly enjoyed steak we had. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very polite and attentive.”

• I liked the opertunity to bed 3 adults in one room
• Cleanliness of room

“The toilet and bathroom looked like they had never been cleaned behind the door. When sitting on the toilet a large amount of dust could be seen at the door hinge.”

• spacious room, quite corridor, breakfast set both my husband and I up for the day - good stuff.
• car park - RIP OFF! Also I had a bad neck and back from the pillows - so uncomfortable

“Again, the car park charge was a bone of contention, having paid that kind of money for one night, I would have thought that car parking was free, as is with other hotels I have been in.”

• Comfortable bed, peaceful sleep.

“I would like to have known that parking was extra, and that your Breakfast is very expensive.

However, the staff were extremely polite and friendly, the ambience was relaxing, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, bearing in mind it was a hotel bed.

The room was extremely quiet, despite being right in the middle of the airport.”

• Good range of food on offer at evening meal and breakfast
• would have been helpful to have had own private car park

“Lack of car parking facility was the only drawback to an otherwise excellent visit. Room for conference facility was organised quickly and efficiently and was well up to expectations.”
