• The location was perfect.
• The hotel was filthy, unkempt and lacking in every respect.

“Our room had mold, the curtains broken, cobwebs. The balcony was covered in weeds. The service was poor. The paint was peeling and the wall paper had marks and was torn. The staff was working their hardest but this hotel was just tired. Certainly not the premier jewel of the Barcelo chain. Perhaps given more staff and a good clean it could rate 6/10 but it was so bad that despite being booked in for two nights we left after one.”
