• The location is excellent which is close by all city activities.
• The spa room has been out of service for two days.

“The hotel front counter stuff is friendly and the room is clean. I was out in the morning and back at night so did not use too much of their service. However, the only service I was trying to use is their spa room for relaxation but it was out of service. Basically, I still recommend this hotel for travelers.”

• Energy efficient; could only run electricity when room card was inserted in control box.
• Staff should warn people about how electricity operates with card only; can't leave room without turning off electrical power.

“Elevator to rooms was outside the hotel area (in adjacent mall area) but required room card to select a floor to your room. They gave a sense of security.”

• It was alright. I thought the rooms would be bigger, disappointed there.
• No fridges, no microwaves, no room at all. Pictures deceiving.

“The staff were outstanding. The rooms were small and cramped, no room at all. I think the bathroom had more room than the room itself. Everything was clean, again the staff friendly. A car was needed to go anywhere, there was really no place to walk to. Kind of a desolate location. I don't think I'll rebook this hotel. I need a little more room and a few more perks such as a fridge and microwave. We stayed 3 days and it was not real convenient for us.”
