• Location and clean.
• Shower flooded floor every time you use it. Terrible design shower.

“Everything was fine except the shower. It flooded the bathroom floor every time, and was of terrible design. Great place to stay otherwise.”

• Clean, free wireless internet, fast and attentive staff, nice shower.
• King/queen beds are actually two separate pieces; rooms are a bit dark; hard to load/unload luggage - no direct car access.

“Very nice, modern, clean and efficient hotel with free wireless internet. Pretty close to Central Station and Red Light District as well as right next to the tram stop. Located in a pedestrian-only zone is good once you are settled in, but bad for arrival and departure - loading/unloading luggage from a car/taxi is a bit of a pain. Another negative for couples - queen and king beds are in two separate pieces - not the most comfortable arrangement. Each room has a good HVAC unit if a bit loud. All TVs are flat and the number of English-language channels is decent.”

• Location, clean, modern, well managed.
• The bill listed a room for 2, which my spouse didn't understand. This is a serious issue!

“Close enough to the train station to roll your bags to the hotel, and situated in the center, close to the museum district, shops, and entertainment.”

• Not much space.

• Close to everything downtown and public transportation.
• No restaurant, breakfast only and expensive.

• Friendly and accommodating staff and a great location.
• The hotel is not exactly on street. It is about 100 feet from where the cabs are and you must walk with you luggage but the hotel will help you with.

“I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Very convenient location, clean and offers all the services we needed. tie directions, restaurant, info on location of ATMs, city travel advice, baggage service, hair dryers, laundry, TV and Internet.”
