• Good service other than restaurant and business center.
• No reliable internet, $35 a day if it works, poor food and table service.

“Negative: no reliable internet access (I had only five minutes over three days) and they charge $35 a day if you use it, rooms are over priced unless you get a large discount, the business center spoke little English, poor quality food in all restaurants, inattentive service in restaurants, airport style security to get you in the door makes you think you are in a war zone, and widely over priced unless you get a discount, room not ready until 8:30 PM. Neutral: Hotel for enlisted U.S. soldiers, Lufthansa air crews, and anyone on business with a large expense account. Slightly better than the Hilton, and there is no third choice. Positive: Excellent service by the hotel desk clerk at the airport, by the bellmen at the hotel, the reception and the concierge. Physical facilities are very nice if you like the Disney World feel. Room was large and very comfortable.”
