• Staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Not a problem. Room was located next to swimming pool and chlorine smell was evident in room.

• Room was extremely clean! Loved the bedspreads! Waterslide fun for kids! Service was great!
• We had to dine at Movies (horrible service). Hotel restaurant would be convenient!

“Our experience with this hotel was a very positive one. It had everything we needed, including something fun for the kids (the rainbow waterslide). What I liked best about this hotel more than any that I stayed at, was the most comfortable bedspreads! The rooms were very clean, the hotel was very quiet, and the staff was incredible!”

• I enjoyed that there was a continental breakfast and that there was a nice variety of food. Made for a more affordable trip.

“It was very nice and well located. Instructions on how to get there were easy to understand. The room was clean and the people very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and the little extras they did for us.”

• The included hot breakfast was great.
• The room above us was a little noisy. Floor is not noise insulated.

“The hotel was spotless. The furnishings were all quite new as were the bedding. The included hot continental style breakfast was very nice and quick.”

• It was very clean and comfortable.
• The close dryer took forever to dry my close.

• The staff at this hotel definitely brought it up a star level.
• No complaints.

“I did not expect much in a hotel in Red Deer Alberta but much to my surprise everything in this stay was great, it is not often that you get service this quality in a hotel and I must say that I was very impressed. It was a great get away.”

• Rainbow slide.

“The room was very accommodating and the staff were friendly. Nice clean beds, everything seemed spic n' span. No bible though... which was different. Everyone was laid back. Windows did not open at all but air conditioning worked perfect. This hotel could even be 2.5 stars instead of just 2.”

“The only unfortunate part of this experience has been the fact that we have been denied our air mile Points by the hotel supervisor. However, we will contend this matter further.”

• The room was large and spacious for us and our two grandchildren.
• We had no complaints.

“The hotel was well located for accessing activities around the city. The room was large, spacious and very clean. The breakfast offered had a more to offer than muffins and juice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again.”
