• Close to Downtown and meetings.
• Reservation dept. And service are lacking.

“This hotel is close to the center of Downtown, so that is great. The city is beautiful; the rooms are clean and nice. The type of service given makes you wonder how they were rated so highly on this and other sites!”

• Close to center of the city.
• Terrible service.

“This hotel has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced! I book business clients there 3-4 x a week and getting a reservation is like pulling teeth. They claim that they do not receive confirmed faxes. The design, accommodations, and service once you reach Caracas "okay", but nothing to write home about. (Perhaps after the hassle of trying to get a reservation I expect too much). I called Radisson to discuss this and they are no longer even affiliated. I guess they were taken off the Radisson line-up because of their poor customer service.”

• Excellent location, excellent restaurants, friendly staff.
• The hotel lobby is way too noisy, poor acoustic.

“Fully renovated hotel, business floors are excellent, rooms are spacious, have high speed Internet connection in the room. Great restaurants on site. Probably the best business hotel in the entire city of Caracas. Other hotels like the Intercontinental or the Hilton are very outdated and need renovations.”
