• Beautiful, clean and hotel lobby is spacious which is good for entertaining friends.
• Food and services outside the package deal are a bit pricey.

“Hotel is modern and very spacious. does not give you that claustrophobic (sp) feeling. Staffs are over attentive but courteous and polite. The amenities are excellent for a hotel. Weather in Manila especially around July/August is rainy and there are few hotels you'd want to be stuck during inclement days.. Shangri-la is one of them.”

• Cleanliness, excellent restaurants, accessibility, nightly shows at the lounge, reasonable price, staff's courtesy and nearby shopping plaza.
• Infamous people, like political figures, coming in and out of the hotel like maggots on a rotten piece of meat. They truly stink.

“Other than the stinking part, this is a top rated hotel. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and families alike. Even to total strangers.”
