“Great hotel, disappointed that the restaurant was not opened. Overall a good experience.” Sep 21, 2009 by
Cheryl from Medina,OH
“The room was large and updated. The TV was a regular 27inch however I did not go to Toronto to watch TV. It was one of the better hotels I stayed at in Toronto for the money. Everyone was nice and helpful.” Sep 10, 2009 by
Julie from Portage,MI
“The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.” Sep 7, 2009 by
Susan from Hudson,Canada
“Fabulous location on the Toronto lakeside, with the attractions just steps away. Safe friendly establishment with fabulous friendly service. Free internet and business center facilities. Fabulous roof terrace with great pool and sitting areas to admire the views and watch the world sail by.” Mar 24, 2009 by
Paula from Roswell,GA
“The time that we spent in the hotel was pleasant. The staff were friendly.” Mar 24, 2009 by
Susan from Sarnia,Canada
“We had a hard time finding it, the sign is not easy to see.” Mar 3, 2009 by
Kelly from Callander,Canada
“Hotel was great, clean room, spacious, and friendly staff. No valet parking, which was good (parking only $21.00 which we thought was good value for the area).” Feb 11, 2009 by
Shondra from Millbrook,Canada
“We didn't spend too much time in our room, but we were quite happy with it the short time we did. And the fact that it was down on the harbourfront was an added bonus!” Jan 17, 2009 by
Shelley from Montreal,Canada
“Great location and value. Has an older look inside, with dark wood, which is nice. Love the fact that right across street, all in one block, there is a pharmacy, copy store, small market, and drycleaner. Good coffee very close by as well, and bar/restaurant that is accessible from the lobby is pleasant and not overpriced.” Oct 4, 2008 by

“I would not stay here again - hotel felt seedy. However, the location was on the harbor. There were much nicer areas of the hotel - and much nicer rooms - we were in the older part of the hotel in a shabby room. No bell hops were evident. We arrived from an over night trip and were very tired and a bit disoriented when we arrived. It was 3 AM on our body clock although it was early evening on local time. We needed some assistance with our luggage. There was no porter or bell hop - even a luggage cart was not offered.” Sep 11, 2008 by
Pete from Windsor, ON CA
“This is the second time I stayed at this particular hotel, and it was just as good the second time as it was the first. I will probably stay there again the next time I go to Toronto!” Jul 20, 2008 by
Kevin from Naperville, IL
“The hotel is by the lake near CN tower. It has excellent view from the roof top swimming pool. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room is small, carpet showed age. Bed is very comfortable. It allows you to adjust firmness. Parking is $22 which is probably reasonable considering the location. The buffet breakfast was expensive and some of the food I tried was not fresh.” May 7, 2008 by
Victoria from Portage, MI
“Very good experience would definitely stay there again.” Apr 23, 2008 by
Heath from Johnstown, PA
“Overall great stay and great location.” Apr 20, 2008 by
Karen from East Amherst, NY
“I was placed on a floor under construction, and given a room in need of repair.” Apr 7, 2008 by
Yeon from Staten Island, NY
“The parking area was a bit of a trouble to find. Overall, very good experience. Many attractions were within walking distance (if you don't mind walking a mile). Walked to Chinatown, Eaton Centre, and Hockey Hall of Fame, Rogers Centre, and Air Canada Centre. The trolley runs right in front of the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable.” Mar 28, 2008 by
Stephen from Ann Arbor, MI
“Bathrooms require renovating.” Mar 21, 2008 by
Scott from Eden Mills, ON CA
“Everything was great. Will return. No problems at all.” Mar 21, 2008 by
Dorothy K. from Roswell, GA
“Room was large and comfortable. You could hear some street noise. Free internet which is a plus for me. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable about local dining. Very disappointed that hot tub was not functioning and there was no indoor pool. Darkening curtains were hidden behind the shears and I thought that there weren't any. So I did not sleep well. Hotel menu was very pricey for this star level. The hotel was very convenient to the TTC which was nice.” Mar 20, 2008 by
Justin from Peterborough, ON CA
“This is a very nice and clean hotel for your $ and location Downtown on the harbor is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and there are a lot of amenities close by. Only thing I didn't like was the price of parking ($21).” Mar 20, 2008 by
Marie from North Augusta, ON CA
“We found the Radisson to be an exceptional hotel at a very reasonable rate.” Mar 20, 2008 by
Jason from Naughton, ON CA
“Good overall experience. I will try to return in the near future.” Mar 18, 2008 by
J from Toronto, ON CA
“Very nice hotel, staff was nice, good location, but should've requested a room on the top floors. We were on the 2nd floor and heard too much noise from the traffic and no view of the lake. Other than that I would def. Come back.” Mar 14, 2008 by
Glenn from London, ON CA
“Excellent stay. Stayed during weekend of snowstorm which made getting around a little tougher due to hotel's waterfront location and no subway nearby. Room was very clean and up to date. Bed was high quality. Rooms were quiet. Had control of heat and fan. Checked in at 1:00 pm with no problem. All in all excellent.” Mar 14, 2008 by
Sam from Toronto, ON CA
“Nice view, great location and friendly service at any time of the day!” Mar 12, 2008 by
Liese from Buffalo, NY
“Great hotel for the price. I wish it was a little closer to the center of the city. It was a 15min walk to young and front street but there was a street car stop right in front of the hotel.” Mar 8, 2008 by
Karen from Belleville, ON CA
“Staff friendly and helpful, clean, spacious room, not recommend for families. Too much walking from elevators to rooms when carrying luggage and a bit confusing to navigate from lobby to second floor room, not great signage but great for business. We knew we had a harbor front hotel but we had only the view of the road outside, not particularly appealing and overall we did enjoy our stay as bedding clean and comfy.” Mar 4, 2008 by
Nina from Toronto, ON CA
“The streetcar traffic outside the hotel was loud, there was no internet access in the hotel. The area around the hotel would be a good location in summer with festivals, but the area is barren in winter.” Mar 1, 2008 by
Monica from Kitchener, ON CA
“We had a good stay for the most part. But we were charge for a movie that stopped playing half way through, the hot tub was closed, the room service closed early twice when I tried to order it, also several lights in our room were burnt out and we had two double beds instead of two queens like a requested. I didn't want to complain because we got such a good rate for the room, but I was not overly impressed by the hotel” Feb 28, 2008 by
Patryk P. from Macomb, MI
“This hotel is located in a very convenient neighborhood of Toronto's harbourfront. It's a little bit off a beaten path, making it more quiet and restful. The people at the front desk are helpful and very friendly, which I can't say the same about the room service, which is slow to respond to requests, or even unavailable when called. The decor of the hotel is kind of hip and nice, although especially in the lobby area it shows signs of a need of a facelift. The doors to the parking structure are not marked visibly and they look like a closet door, very much banged and scratched. Over all though, it's a good hotel, a less expensive alternative to other Downtown hotels and through public transportation right on it's doorstep it provides easy access to the rest of the city.” Feb 28, 2008 by
Sc from Rochester, NY
“The 6th floor rooms have partial skylight - not desirable if you don't want to wake up early. Also, the select comfort beds were not comfortable. Great location and friendly staff.” Feb 20, 2008 by
Karen from North Aurora, IL
“I wanted something closer to Downtown. It was close to the Convention Center- nothing else. Only 1 restaraunt that was sit down in walking distance. The website for the hotel made it sound better than it really was. At arrival I was notified of an extra parking charge, at least parking was close (underground and secure). The rooms were a bit smaller than I was expecting, although had a great bed and television, and view. I did not eat at the restaraunt as it was too pricey for my tastes. Everything cost extra, including the paper they put at your door in the morning. I would have rather stayed at a Holiday Inn so I could get free breakfast. The plus sides of the hotel? Close to street car line and a 24 hour grocery store across the street. Small souvenier store on ground level (open at odd times) provided cheaper toothpaste than grocery store did. Very friendly staff that provided us answers to every question we had including how to get on the street cars, how much they cost, distances to attractions. The staff really made up for the half-rate rooms we got. Decent exchange rate in hotel so I didn't have to wander around looking for bank.” Feb 16, 2008 by
Kevin from Corona, CA
“This hotel is ok but not that good. It is about 3 stars only. However, it is closes to Downtown area and restaurants are all near by make it convenient.” Feb 10, 2008 by
Marilyn C. from Utica, MI
“Location was great, room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend with hotel to my friends.” Feb 7, 2008 by
Konrad from Toronto, CA
“Not impressed. The customer service and the staff are very poor.” Feb 6, 2008 by
Lee from Montreal, QC CA
“Hotel is well located, walkable distance to CN Tower, Rogers Center and The Convention center. Lots of choices for food in the area, only real complaint is poorly ventilated rooms, the bathroom had no fan, and the windows did not open, it was very stuffy.” Feb 2, 2008 by
Hi.O.N. from Windsor, ON CA
“This hotel is clean and convenient for business travelers. Yet, without GPS, it is near impossible to find this place at night. Parking area is little shady but room is clean and comfortable. View from the room is wonderful, overlooking CN Tower. I definitely recommend this place for business travelers like me who would stay for 5-6 hours of sleep and move on. Staff was helpful and professional. Again, the Parking coasted me one third (if not half) of my stay at the hotel. Keep that in mind.” Jan 26, 2008 by
Tim from Brooklyn, NY
“Very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants near hotel. Only downside - hotel is a long 3 blocks walk from the Convention Center. However, a street car stop is right in front of hotel and the street car runs frequently. The street car ride to Union Station is about 5 minutes and there is a free transfer to the Subway.” Jan 25, 2008 by
Bill from Cheektowaga, NY
“This is a great hotel in a great location. Everything was so nice. There is only one bit of advice I have though, request a room not on the street side. The train goes up and down the street and if you are a late sleeper it maybe hard to sleep. But, I would recommend this hotel.” Jan 24, 2008 by
Ivan from Kanata, ON CA
“I would not go to this hotel anymore for next time I visit Toronto.” Jan 24, 2008 by
Rich from Olean, NY
“This hotel is a three star only during the summer months. The pool is seasonal which makes it only a 2 - 2.5 star rating (in my opinion) during the winter months. It's a short walk to the TTC and other waterfront locations, but you have to get by some pretty aggressive panhandlers on your trek.” Jan 24, 2008 by
Jennifer from Fairport, NY
“The first room we had faced the street and was very loud. The front desk attendants were able to relocate us to the top floor overlooking the pool area. The second room was quiet and despite being on the top floor there was no long elevator wait. Overall, it was a great location, close to public transportation and within walking distance to tourist attractions. Parking onsite also allowed in/out privileges.” Jan 21, 2008 by
Karen from Thorold, ON CA
“Enjoyed our stay. It was spoiled only by the snow storm which forced us to shorten our stay and leave early to make the drive home before the weather got worse.” Jan 21, 2008 by
Wei E. from Verdun, QC CA
“I would never again stay in this hotel. I was using the hairdryer in the morning and when I turned it on there's a cockroach popped out! I never know that 3 stars hotel included such surprise. I'm very disappointed with the attitude of the staff. They came into my room and saw that insect, they just open the water and pretend as nothing happened, even not a word Sorry. I went downstairs to the front desk and requested to change my room. and wished to talk to the manager. All they did is just changing my room and ignore my second request. I am really disappointed.” Jan 21, 2008 by
Lachlan from Chatham, ON CA
“Very nice hotel, close to everything you need or want, very friendly staff, and a clean modern feel.” Jan 19, 2008 by
Arleen F. from Ottawa, ON CA
“Fantastic bed. Large room. Quiet room. Friendly helpful staff” Jan 16, 2008 by
Robyn from Orangeville, ON CA
“This Hotel is great. If you don't have kids. There is no pool in the winter which, in Toronto, you want in the winter. Ask for an upper floor anything on the 2nd or 3rd floor you will be hearing all the preparation for conferences all night long. It was very aggravating to hear carts and cleaners up and down the hall all night long. It is a great hotel though- very clean and nice staff.” Jan 15, 2008 by
Alice from Montreal, QC CA
“This time, I was very disappointed. For this trip, I went with my father to Toronto. The worst part is that when I came back to the hotel the first night, my room was not cleaned! I did not put the "do not disturb" card on the doorknob. I called the service desk to let them know, and all they did is to give me new towels. I did not even get apologies from any member of the hotel. Never to this hotel anymore!” Jan 15, 2008 by
Paul from Winnipeg, MB CA
“I really enjoyed the hotel for the price I paid. Slightly understaffed but it was very clean, very professional looking and I was comfortable the moment I walked in.” Jan 15, 2008 by
Haytham from Chicago, IL
“This is one of the best hotels I ever reserved. My family had enjoyed everything. Clean, excellent room space and wonderful TV channels can let you enjoy visiting Toronto.”
