- Proximity to Falls and Jetted tub
- Restaurant closed early
“The room was clean, and the bathroom had a good sized jetted tub! The bed was comfy and clean as was the rest of the room. We didn't have a view of the falls, and were unable to upgrade either night. Our rm. was quiet, and we slept well. The location was great. We got some very useful info from our concierge about attractions! On the downside, valet parking, was $42 a night.”

- The view from our room was fantastic, and our stay was very satisfying.
- The food in the restaurant was dry and unattractive. Way overpriced.

“I read the other reveiws after i'd booked and were a little apprehensive. We were actually very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in walking distance to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Would definately go back.”

- I protested the $20 parking fee and the reservation clerk waived it.
- Room service trays placed in the hall were still there when we got back at night.
“The hotel's name is deceptive.
Very standard on all counts, especially the excessive parking fee. No place to get breakfast in the hotel, not even Dunkin' Donuts!”

- Convenient location to falls and liked shuttle that took you to other locations in town.
- Paying for parking and breakfast at restaurant - looked like food was left there awhile & no service.

- The room was large and clean. The fitness center was nice.
- The bedspreads were old. The elevators broke, but were fixed within hours. Few TV channels. Fitness center was not open from 11P to 7A.
“Clean, convenient. Next to Tony Roma's, Outback, and across from TGIF Fridays. Next to falls. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping knocked on doors at 8:15 AM, saying 'housekeeping. just checking.' We hung out a do not disturb sign to stop this. I would stay there again.”

- The pool was great and the rooms quiet.
- The buffet breakfast at Tony Roma's was cold and old.
“A very nice hotel close to the falls. The rooms were great; the beds weren't that comfortable for a sleep mattress bed. The hotel was a good 10 minute walk from Clifton Hill. The hotel is in a great area that is a bit quieter than the Clifton Hill area.”

- I loved the Jacuzzi bathtub. I didn't expect that in my room.
- The mattress on the bed was a little too firm.
“The Radisson at Niagara Fall-On, was great! It was in walking distance to all of the attractions. You crossed the street and could look down on the Falls. There were Fireworks over the Falls one night and all I had to do was cross the street. The staff was great and very friendly. I will stay there again.”

- Our room was upgraded as soon as we got to the hotel.
- We found trash underneath our bed which was not ours.
“Overall this was a great hotel. I would consider staying there again. I would like to recommend that the hotel find someway of making it easier to get to the falls though. May be some sort of shuttle system or make us more aware if there is already something like that.”

- The view of the Horseshoe falls and the river was incredible. Many attractions were within walking distance.
- Parking close to hotel was limited, but we arrived early and acquired a spot. A listing of family restaurants would have been appreciated.

- Room location was supposed to be falls view. Shouldn't have to pay for parking $25.00/day if you were a guest. Didn't change bed sheets as I requested.
“I specifically requested my bed sheets to be changed daily and I know for a fact that they ignored my request. Paying for parking on hotel grounds was not appropriate when you are a guest staying in their hotel. We rented 2 rooms and had to pay an extra $50.00/day for 2 cars. I will never use that facility and I will not recommend it to any one.”

- Booked 2 junior suites, they only gave us 1.
“Fantastic hotel, great view if you can get the partial Canadian Falls side. Just that we requested 2 identical rooms (junior suites) but they only gave us 1, they didn't say anything about the 2nd room not being a suite and we had no time to complain about it. Parking was $20, no other options, then we had to tip.”

- The staff was very friendly and the attached restaurant (Tony Roma's) was affordable and had very good food.
- $20/day parking fee.
“Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel and the convenience to the Falls. However, hidden charges always bother me - there was a $20/day parking fee that was not told to us when we checked in our room. In retrospect I would have used the $20/day parking fee and put it towards a nicer hotel that included parking.”

- We did not have ice bucket in our room & the gentleman found one for us.
- Bedspreads too worn. Mattress looked saggy however I slept well but I was also exhausted.
“When I called to confirm we had two beds, the girl was not very friendly. Parking was $20 plus tax. Valet were nice as well as the gentleman who tracked down & ice bucket since there was not one in the room.”

- The pool did not work. The room service did not have a wine bottle opener. Front desk had a trainee working on a holidays, which cause long wait times.
“The customer service was poor and the hotel lacked the basic services I have come to expect from a Radisson chain or similar hotels. Thankfully I was only there for one night. I don't think I will go back.”

- High price for parking at hotel.
“The hotel is really close to the falls, within walking distance. Many restaurants are also within walking distance of the hotel, so we did not have to fight the traffic or deal with finding a place to park. When I made reservations, I ask for a king or queen size bed, we were given two double beds, and we could not get the issue resolved. This was not the first time this has happened to us at a Radisson.”

- Friendly staff, clean rooms, lots to do.
- Parking fee, but comparable to all other hotels I found in the area.
“The staff at this hotel is very helpful and friendly. We got to the hotel a little early and they held our luggage for us free of charge! When we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of room and the size of the Jacuzzi tub. There is a great pool and an arcade to keep the kids busy. The hotel also has a great location. It is very close (walking distance) to many of the famous attractions. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We had a fabulous time!”

- Located close to falls but without the traffic.
- Though room was overall clean, there were empty beer bottles left in the room.
“Clean, good adult location, walking distance to the falls and the casino.”

- Location was good, room was comfortable.
- Could not reserve non-smoking room.
“Good view of the fall and close to casino. Bed was very comfortable and room was roomy & clean. Paid $20 for parking with limited spaces. However, valet parking is available. Overall a great place to stay.”

- My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean.
“I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling away from home. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed here for two exciting nights. There were many attractions and restaurants within walking distance to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”
