• There was no dresser drawer or microwave oven in the room.

“I found this hotel to be very nice, friendly and hospitable. There were enough towels in our room as most of the time you have to ask for extra. The beds were the best as they both had sleep number units attached to them which was the best feature of the room.”

• Easy to check in and out, no waiting line, staff very friendly and helpful.
• Found that garbage in hallway in a.m. (at 8:30 a.m. was a little much - dishes from night before, odd pieces of garbage (used Quip!) on carpeting.

“Very nice, good parking in well lit area (arrived at 10 p.m.). Hotel did not have written, updated info on whereabouts of pop/ice machines. Friendly, efficient staff.”

• The location was good.
• I asked for non-smoking rooms, I got smoking rooms.

“As I said I asked for non-smoking rooms. After trying more than once the staff kept telling me all their rooms are non-smoking but eventually I was moved to a room that had a non-smoking sign on the door unlike the other rooms they tried to give me earlier. It was a Radisson in London, On, but frankly is overdue for renovations, old carpet, old TV, pretty much old everything.”

“Breakfast was not included. We were charged for a bottle of water that was left out on a table for us. The thermostat in our room didn't work the first night so we had no air conditioning. We will not go to this hotel again.”

• The pool area is lovely.
• Being a vegetarian I didn't care for the steak restaurant, but that's my personal decision.

“Great location and offers all the amenities I needed to have a fun weekend getaway. It was close to shopping, several drinking spots, and a movie theatre. The pool area is well maintained and really helped me to relax after traveling down the 401. Would stay there again.”

“The Radisson was convenient for our purposes (visiting family) and as we have stayed here before we knew what to expect. The hotel is looking somewhat dated and jaded, it is in need of some TLC. Having said that, our room was spacious, comfortable and very well presented, even though it too looked dated. Everything good, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

• It was quiet.
• Was told air con. Was repaired when it wasn't. Very hot. When repaired very loud and no temp adjustment.

“The say was comfortable and quiet in a good location. Was disappointed about having to ask more than once about air conditioning repair. Was told the first time we had to wait 15-20 for it to go on. After repair, it was so loud that we could not run it at night, rather in the evening when we were out to cool room off. Other than this, we were pleased with our stay.”

“When I went to the website the hotel rooms look beautiful and when I checked in the room I got was a joke, nothing at all like the pictures. The beds look like they belong in a cottage, certainly not a 3 star property.”

• It was in a convenient location.
• When I walked in there was a man in street clothes, said he was just fixing the thermostat. Uniform with have made me feel more secure.

“Over all appearances was fair for a Radisson but the bed was definitely poor and cheap. Not very comfortable. It's the one thing that people look for is a good night sleep with soft sheets and a decent bed.”

• The Sleep Number Bed was awesome and the hotel linens were beautiful, it was the greatest.
• Need longer room service.

“The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The rooms were very spacious and decorated in a very relaxing style. The Sleep Number bed was awesome I am use to Hard hotel beds and this one I made soft as a cloud best night sleep. Overall I would stay at the Radisson again in a heart beat.”

“Overall was very nice, our initial room looked as if it was being used, and had been smoked in. There was garbage, towels were used, the bed looked like someone had sat on it, and it smelled of smoke in a non-smoking room. We were very quickly and nicely moved to a perfectly nice room, with a sleep number bed upgrade. It was awesome. The lady at the desk was super nice.”

“Very disappointed with many things. When I entered the room, there was food on the floor from the prior guest. The TV remote didn't work so they sent up a new one. The thermostat/heating unit didn't work properly and they had to send someone up. Even after they checked it, it still didn't work through the night so I froze.”

• Everything was clean and worked, including free internet.
• The restaurant had very nice wait staff, but the food was not top notch as I would expect being attached to a Radisson.

“The room was nice and all of the staff was helpful and friendly. I dined in the attached restaurant and my waitress was very nice and went out of her way to make sure I could get the cut of meat I wanted. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat was not up to par being on the tough side. It could have been the chef who needs to cook a prime rib at a lower, longer temperature to make it tender.”

“I was given a beautiful large room with adjustable mattress, lovely decor, and white bed linens with + thread count and a nice sitting area for visitors. This second time, it didn't seem like I was in the same hotel. My room was low budget decor and on the third floor behind the elevator. Also the pool was under construction and not available for use.”

• Good location and out of the way of downtown "busy" area. Easy parking. Only stayed over one night, so didnt get a chance to look around too much.
• Our room was so so. Older beds. AC and fan not working. Room right beside elevators. But ok for the price. Swimming pool out of order.

“One of the nice things was the restaurant that was attached to the hotel. Called timbers. Very nice inside, much like a keg steakhouse atmosphere. Enjoyable.”

“I have stayed in a suite at this hotel before and was pleased, mainly because of the comfort of the sleep number bed. This time however we had two double beds, which were very uncomfortable and not worthy of a 3 star rating. The room was small and unattractive. The hotel is close to malls, and not too far from downtown. Just a short drive.”

• It was under construction so the windows were dirty. I liked the pool area and outdoor area. Pool is clean but not deep.

“Pretty fair accommodation. But there is a note of dishonesty in the message in the room saying the sheets will not be washed for the 3 day client unless requested, saying Radisson is doing their bit to save the planet, or words to that effect. Spare me! I would respect them more if they simply said they were trying to save expenses.”

• Construction began outside our window at 8:30. After traveling, it was a huge pain. No AC.

“Good: Fast check-in, front desk staff was friendly and prompt. Good location, central to everything in south London and close to the 401.Bad: Construction was very obtrusive and began at 8:30 AM literally right outside our window, on scaffolding. After traveling and getting into London at midnight, we were exhausted and not happy about being woken up so early. Our AC didn't work, and the room felt lived in, not fresh and airy.”

• Nothing-had I paid full price I would have walked out.
• Hotel was under complete construction.

“Horrible hotel. Under complete construction on the outside and run down on the inside. There was full scale scaffolding across the entire back of the hotel and warnings that construction workers would/could look into rooms so keep the drapes shut. In addition, the inside of the hotel was run down, and the beds in our room sagged under 20 years of use. Avoid this hotel.”
