• Good hotel with excellent staff (bar, reception & concierge especially) and great facilities
• Difficult to get into initially and need clearer car park signs

“The staff at this hotel will ensure that everything is a high standard. Recommendations from the conceirge of what to do and where to eat were of an exceedingly high standard. The beauty salon was of a high standard, and although the beauticians were very young, they were exceptionally professional.
Overall a great hotel.”

• Restaurant food was disappointing but OK Air conditioning was rather cool and drafty!

• Easy to locate. Secure parking. Excellent facilities avialable. Very clean & comfortable, with friendly & helpful staff.
• Nothing to dislike!

“This hotel was in a perfect location for our christmas shopping weekend, quite central (only 5 mins to the shops). It was very easy to find and the secure parking was ideal. Upon entering the hotel, the staff were very warm, friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick and simple. The room contained everything we required for our short stay, it was very clean and comfortable. The leisure facilities available were excellent, as was the restaurant (only breakfast was sampled during this visit). We look forward to returning!”

• Leisure facilities were good.
• Bar, recepeption, entrance area was too bright. This gave a lack of atmosphere.

• Excellent facilities with very friendly, helpful staff. Delighted to have upgraded accommodation on arrival.

“I requested information on the beauty treatments available prior to my arrival and only received information the day before my stay. I was therefore unable to book very many treatments. It would have been helpful to have this information available on booking. Otherwise I could not find fault with any other aspect of my stay at the hotel or the booking process.the staff were very friendly and the facilities well up to my expectations.”
