• Good View and Location.
• Hotel was a little rundown and overpriced.

“A little rundown and overpriced. I would try to stay somewhere else, if I ever return to Montreaux. The view of Lake Geneva is excellent.”

• Very courteous staff, went out of their way to make special accommodations.
• The hotel needs to invest in refurbishing the property to compete better.

“The Hotel is conveniently located, across from the Montreux train station. You can get a panoramic view of Lake Geneva from the lobby level; there is easy access to the lake. The rooms are comfortable, with an old world charm. Ours had twin beds and lots of storage space; our request for a crib was taken care of immediately. Since there was no microwave in the room and we had special dietary needs, we requested and received assistance in heating food that we'd carried.”
