• On the beach.
• Expensive considering the service and location.

“This property is "quaint" with some of the amenities of a larger resort but on a much smaller scale. By no means is this property a 5 star hotel much less, a 3 star which would is nearby larger resort that is private. The grounds of this hotel are public as is the beach front of this property. What does this hotel rate in terms of daily rate? Well, honestly speaking, after staying the nearby resort which has recently changed its name, has very good security, gorgeous grounds and a private beach, I would venture to say Don Juan is not worth more than $50 if that, and I'm being generous.”
