• Location close to cavill av.
• Staff.

“My sister and her family stayed there and never again. Staff was not friendly apart from one lady and not at all kid friendly. Our kids made noise but never late at night or early in the morning and they never broke anything but we found one old lawyer intolerable to the children and kept telling them off. The rooms were very dirty especially the bathrooms.”

“We have been to Suffers before and have never come across such rude staff before. We found the bathroom areas unclean and overall the apartments not well kept. The hotel was not kid friendly, I do acknowledge my children and their cousins made it known we were there however at no time did they break or damage anything or misuse property. The location was great as it was in walking distance to Cavill Avenue, however we will not recommend this hotel to others and will definitely not be staying there next time. We wonder as business owners why our businesses fail, part of that is customer service that lets us down.”
