• The best hotel I ever been.
• Hard to find anything.

“This is the best hotel I ever been into and I have been to several 4 stars before. The rooms are superb with an amazing design and lots of attention to details. The bathroom is absolutely marvelous. Elevators are moody, both music and light. Staff was very helpful. Oh, free internet and free mini bar. The only bad thing is that from now on, it will be hard to be satisfied with other hotels. And I already saw that in my recent trip to Barcelona.”

• We liked the location, could walk to many attritions.
• When room was cleaned, the cleaning crew missed some things.

• Great modern decor. Great location. Free Internet access. Comfortable beds and pillows.
• Trash cans too small.

“I traveled with my wife and 18 year old daughter. We stayed five nights. We all liked the hotel. Short walks to Opera House, Museum Quarter, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, subway, tram and bus stops, grocery store and bakeries. This was the best deal I have ever gotten on a hotel room.”

• Very modern with style and perfectly located in the heart of Vienna.
• Very expensive garage fees and exaggerated prices for room service.

“Aside from being very well located in the heart of Vienna, the modern artistic ambiance was tasteful and slick, appealing to both the business traveler as well as those looking for a romantic get away. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Ours included a huge bathtub, plus shower, flat screen TV and high speed internet. The free mini-bar is also a nice touch to keep guests happy.”

• Great location, nice pool and fitness facility, free mini-bar, and modern design.
• The power-shower floods the bathroom floor unless a towel dam is used.

• Location, Cleanliness, mini-bar, service everything--great hotel

“Very contemporary hotel in a great location. Walk to Urban, opera House, Hofburg palace and many restaurants. Ice cold drinks await you in the free mini-bar in every room. restaurant is also excellent. Staff was very friendly and concierge was very helpful about things to and places to eat.”

• The hotel was amazing. The room was beautifuly decorated. Our queen size bad was white and so soft. The hotel is located right on the Ring.
• A problem with the room was the shower because there was no curtain and the water flowed all over the bathroom.The room service is very expensive.

“The hotel was wonderful.It really made our weekend worth while. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was amazing. Beautifuly decorated and equiped with on the house" drinks that were replaced every day. The hotel is located right on the Ring we hardly used the subway (which is right at the entrance of the hotel).

• The location of the hotel was fantastic.
• The shower floods the bathroom floor.

“The location and quality of the hotel is first rate. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. As for the rooms, for the most part our room was very nice. The large flat screen TV, the furnishings and overall finishing of the room was also first rate. Our only complaints is the room was small for a two person room. Also, the house keeping service wasn't to the same quality as the rest of the hotel.”

• Clean, good staff, all amenities
• They charged allot for breakfast EUR23 per person per meal and they did not tell us that it was not included.

“Great hotel! Just don't have the breakfast there, as it is way too expensive and destroys your budget.”

• Great location to the Opera and main shopping areas. Nice bed and comforter. Great complimentary drinks and Internet. Hip and modern. 4.5*
• Smaller than expected room for 5*. Shower floods, but only due to modern design. Front desk did not go out of their way to help you.

“The Le Meridian Vienna is a very nice hotel situated a few blocks to the main center of Vienna including the State Opera and main shopping areas. The hotel tries to be a 5* but according to American standards, I would have to say that it is more like a 4.”

“The Le Meridian Vienna is a very nice hotel situated a few blocks to the main center of Vienna including the State Opera and main shopping areas. The hotel tries to be a 5* but according to American standards, I would have to say that it is more like a 4.5*. The room was rather small for a 5* hotel, but we fully loved the modern art-deco design. The room included a Plasma Screen TV (but the quality of the image was poor), free mini-bar (including juices, sodas, water, and beer) and free internet access via Ethernet cable. The mini-bar was supposed to be replenished everyday, but after the first 2 nights of our 5 night stay, they failed to replenish it. We had to call the front desk the last 2 days of our stay for them to restock it, which they did in a timely fashion. The heated mirrors and towel rack was an excellent bonus. Shower water pressure was weak. No bathtub and only shower. The hotel staff was available when needed. But we were not treated as special VIPs as we would have expected from a 5* hotel. Our general feeling was that this hotel was a self-service hotel where the staff did not go out of their way to take care of us; rather we had to make our requests known. This may be a plus to some people who may not want to feel bothered with obsequious hotel staff. Overall, our stay here was pleasant. This hotel is an excellent value and location for the money.
