• Clean and spacious. Good bed. Excellent breakfast.
• Pillows a bit firm.

“A good hotel, clean and modern with plenty of space in our triple room for 3 adults. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot aand cold options. The location was excellent with only a 15 minute walk into the city centre and close to some excellent restaurants. More information on the parking facilities would have reduced our anxiety on where we were going to park. We were lucky and were able to use the limited parking space available at the hotel.”

“I was very impressed with the standard of service and cleanliness of this hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.”

• Clean simple room. Nice gym. PLeasant reception area and bar.
• Shower unpowered.

“This is good value hotel if you are a traveller who wishes a clean simple room at a reasonble price, that is very close (less than 150 yards to shops) to the shopping and eating disticts of Glasgow. it has easy access from the M8 motorway and we found parking straightforward and free(on road at weekend). Nice aerobic only gymnasium - if you're that way inclined!”

• Very friendly and competent staff. Also location and cleanliness.
• Shower did not work very well, going hot and cold.

“Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Glasgow. If ever staying overnight in Glasgow again we would certainly use the Novotel again. Friendliness and professionalism of staff something you dont see too often these days, they were excellent.”

• The communal areas were excellent. Clean, spacious, well furnished bar area and restaurant.
• One of the beds in a twin room was a little small

• Excellant rooms and brekfast in the morning. ideally located off Sauchihall st.
• None i can think off!

• bar area and resteraunt staff very polite and helpful

“only minus some of the room decoration was quite xheap looking. The car parking area you were not able to pre-book a space but on arrival there were two spaces reserved which was quite annoying”

• Breakfast wasnt ready until 06.10 - Was a coach tour in which meant the restaurant was not open to anyone else until 21.00

• Extreemly pleasant and helpful staff
• poor TV

“The stay was fuss free and friendly. The hotel was extreemly clean and well maintained. I found the whole process from booking through to check out was without problems and the hotel was what I expected.”
