• Central location, walkable to all main attractions.
• Overpriced, air conditioning does not work, no tea/coffee facilities.

“If it wasn't for the location, I wouldn't have been happy with the Plaza at all. However the location is fantastic for walking around Copenhagen. Air conditioning does not work. Breakfast staff ignore you if you ask for something. Can't open windows as so close to station is sounds as though train is in your room. Unbearably hot in summer. No tea/coffee facilities. Overpriced, dark & dingy.”

• Great breakfast and staff, relatively quiet even across from Tivoli.
• View was a railroad station under construction.

“By American standards this would not be a luxury hotel. Very old, carpets dirty, good bed, large room, excellent European breakfast. Hotel has "Patina" Fantastic central location. Very accommodating staff.”

• Friendly Staff - Convenient Location.
• Bathroom was a little worn.

“This hotel is wonderful boutique hotel with one of the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. They gladly made restaurant suggestions and reservations. The location is perfect for walking around Copenhagen and very close to the train station. The Library Bar is great for live Jazz on Fridays and Saturdays. The only negative about this hotel was the tile in the bathroom was chipped, the grout was black/moldy and the rug a little worn. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room fairly large for European standards.”

• Large rooms with sofas and sitting area.
• Nothing.

“This is a wonderful hotel in the very center of Copenhagen. You can walk to all the shopping areas, neighborhoods, restaurants and bars. It is near the train station and Tivoli Garden. The hotel is old and well maintained with beautiful decor and personal touches. A wonderful hotel.”
