• Location.

“Hotel is completely under construction. Driveway is in shambles. Lobby is non-existent.”

• Convenient location.
• No free breakfast..

“We have stayed here before and found the location to be excellent, but the rooms very small. No free continental breakfast. It would be good to know if breakfast is offered when booking. Perhaps a certain star level should include a free breakfast as this is very common these days.”

• Great location, clean and nice staff.
• My fridge didn't work, bed needed breaks.

“My overall stay was great the bed needed breaks as it was on wheels and the floor was wood. As I sat on the bed, it moved over to one end of the room. The room was clean and in a great location.”

• Location! 2 Minute walk to Dundas subway station and 3 minutes to the Eaton Center.
• Elevator was very slow, rooms were outdated and small.

“Great place to stay if you just need a place to sleep as it is a very basic hotel.”

• Location.
• No internet access for free.

“This hotel was in an excellent location but, the room was small for two double beds and the air conditioner/heater was ancient. Overall it was a place to stay at night and get a good nights sleep. I spent most of the time out in the city and the location could not be beat.”

• I liked its location, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff.
• I would have liked a hotel with a swimming pool and whirlpool bath.

“I liked this hotel because it was within walking distance of many major attractions. The staff is personable and friendly. It is very clean. I also liked the fact that I could park my car in an underground garage and that there was someone on duty in the garage.”

• Nothing. Didnt want to stay. Only reason why we did was because everything else was filled.
• It was discussing. Air condition didnt work and smelt and bathroom floor was like a pond.

• The location and front desk staff was very good.
• Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful in telephone interactions.

“The rooms are very small, but the location is good. Beware the rooms with two full size beds. The beds are small and yet they still take up most of the room. That is why I would not describe this place as being family friendly. It does the necessary things (service, location, cleanliness) well.”

• Staffs were helpful.
• Small space, outdated everything, not enough towels given.

“The hotel said that it was recently renovated. I don't see anything new in this hotel. The room that was given to us had two single beds and we could barely walk around. I asked for an upgrade that cost $30.00 more. It had more room but the beds were uncomfortable. Not enough towels per room and they had hair allover them. At least the location was great.”

• Its location was good handy to get around Toronto from hotel.
• Around the outside of hotel not clean, hallways way to hot.

• Location and it was clean.
• Tiny rooms.

“The good things about this hotel are:- It's got a great location. Parking is only 15$ for 24 hours, the cheapest I've ever seen in Toronto. The 2 single beds were about 2 feet apart, one up against the AC and the other against the wall. If you've ever gone on a cruise, the rooms at this hotel are about the same size as an interior stateroom. The staff was friendly enough, the prices at the little restaurant were pretty steep, and they don't air condition the hallways to the rooms. If I were going to Toronto again, and didn't mind sleeping in a foot-dangling single bed, I would definitely stay at Bond Place again.”

• I liked that the hotel came with a rest and lounge.
• The lounge could have been opened a little later.

“I enjoyed my stay at Bond Hotel. The hotel was clean and neat and the staff was pleasant. The hotel was also located within walking distance to many attractions and sites. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.”

“My wife and I had 2 separate beds. Very small very hard and uncomfortable. The room was hot and air-conditioning was poor during hot summer days. No one to take luggage. Received only 1 room key.”

• I really enjoy its location. It was very close to the Eaton Centre.
• I did not enjoy having to park across the street and than having to walk outside to get to the hotel.

“The hotel seem very nice but the double rooms were way too small. It was very difficult for my party and I to have room to maneuver around the room once we got in there. I also did not like the fact that you needed to pack in an underground parking lot, across the street, and didn't have a tunnel access to the lobby. You needed to take your luggage outside and cross the street. It was raining on this day and made for a very inconvenient situation. However, the staff we amazing!”
