- Close to roam around, shopping, free shuttle to moa.
- Service at the restaurant needs improvement.

- Very poor management, unavailable management.
“The first 3 rooms that I was shown were not very nice: very clean but, stained carpet, stained walls, furniture in bad condition, needed paint job.”
